A few weeks ago, Ziomi unveiled the Redmi 15 series. There are two 4G models and there will be two 5G – the Redmi 15C 5G is late in the party, but it is on the way. We know that this is not attractive, but it is a cheap capable phone – will you buy one for you or recommend it to a family member? Which one?

Let’s start with the Redmi 15 5G. This is powered by a 6NM chip with 619 GPU with a Snapdragon 6S General 3, ARMV8 Era Coro and Adreno. Other than that, it is basically the same as the 4G variant.

The Redmi 15 uses Snapdragon 685, though the 6S General 3 has a 4G variant (only by name, Silicon is actually Snapdragon 695). It’s not like it makes a lot of difference. What a difference is that the 4G model has a microSD slot on top of the second storage option (256GB, 5G variant is available with only 128 GB storage).

Both of these have a huge 6.9 “IPS LCD that runs surprisingly fast for such affinity handsets, 144 Hz. 1080p+ resolution is also a welcome scenario. They have equally a wide 7,000 mAh battery (with 33W fast charging) and IP 64 for Splash Resistance. Is at the top of @ qu @.

There were no Vanilla Redmi 14 models, so we have to turn to Redmi 13 5G and 13 4G. It had 6.79 “IPS LCD (120 Hz and 90 Hz, respectively) and more basic IP53 ratings. Their batteries were 5,030 mAh. Interestingly, the older models had better cameras-108MP and 13MP in the back of the 13-series, which had a 3.5-mm pair.

There is also a 6.9 “display in the Redmi 15C4G, which is 120 Hz IPS LCD, but it has only 720p+ resolution. At this size, it will be quite noticeable.
