Google Drive has recently been becoming more and more friendly towards video uploads. Recently, Google added new-polished videos on its cloud storage platform, time-stemped transcripts and thumbnail previews such as YouTube, visual redesigning, visual redesigned, instant playback.
The latest addition is Google VIDS integration. Users of eligible workspace domains will soon start viewing the Purple Google Vids icon in the upper right corner when an opened video drive. Clicking on it will load the video in Google VID and allow it to be trimmed, rich in media content such as music, additional text overlays and more. Google video offers fairly basic editing tools, but it has the benefit of doing so completely in the cloud. Once edited, a new VIDS file is created, so you have to protect or export your work separately. Perhaps Google can make the process a bit more seamless by giving in-place editing in the future.
There are some limitations of new integration. It only works on MP4, QuickTime, OGG and webm videos that are short than 35 minutes and less than 4 GB in size. Also, as mentioned, you should not expect to see the new integration of your free Google Drive account. Instead, the character is a workspace domains:
- Business starter, standard and plus
- Enterprise starter, standard and plus
- Required Enterprise Required and Enterprise Required Plus
- Non -elegant
- Gemini Education or Gemini Education Customers with Premium Add-on
- Google AI Pro and Ultra Subscribers
- Customers who buy Gemini Business or Gemini Enterprise -D -N’s
This users can expect to start watching integration within the next 15 days. Of course, the feature will work best at the deskt .P, but theoretically, even mobile browsers will be able to draw some quick edits with adequate eye-squinting and precise tapping.
