WhatsApp is launching writing assistance. This is an AI feature that will help you compose your messages, as the name indicates. It will suggest text in different styles for you – professional, funny or supportive. You can choose any suggestion of course or ignore it.
To use this, tap the new pencil icon, when writing a message in any one or group chat. Writing Assistance is created on Private Processing Technol .G, “allows you to produce a response to meta or WhatsApp without the benefit of Meta AI, your message or indicated re -authors have been promised.”
WhatsApp says the private process has been stressed and validated with “security community colleagues”. The feature is optional and the default is closed, so if you don’t trust Meta’s privacy promises, you can choose not to use it.
US And in “many other countries”, writing assistance is taking place in English. It will be “at the end of this year” in other languages and countries.
