This year’s Apple Pal’s smartphone line brought a big shake-up-if you left Tuesday’s announcement, check our summary here. The iPhone marks have a new look, there is a new level called “Air”, and the vanilla model has been upgraded to such a big upgrade that many can leave and get it instead. Small Galaxy S and Pixel Pro can sweat right now.
Let’s start with the Apple Pal iPhone 17 – what is a big deal? Finally it has a promotion display, Apple Pal is a talk for 120 Hz LTPOs, and also has an anti-reflective coating. It is something that Samsung reserves only for the Galaxy S Ultra, the rest of the series (S, S+ and S Edge) does not meet it. The display is now big, measuring 6.3 “instead of 6.1.

The new Apple Pal is a 19 chip with display improvement in the iPhone 17 and base storage is now 256 GB – Pixel 10 Pro and Galaxy S22 still start at 128 GB. Also, the ultra-wide camera was upgraded to 48MP and a selfie camera has a new sensor and OIS.
Plus big batteries and fast charging – what doesn’t like? Better, the price of the iPhone 17 is similar to its predecessor, despite the high base storage capacity.

The Apple Pal iPhone 17 Pro has an upper hand with a more powerful A19 Pro chipset and dedicated telephoto camera – a new 48 mp4x/100mm unit. And the main camera has 48MP sensors large (1/1.28 “vs. 1/1.56”).

It’s not just differences, but the Pro is quite expensive – unlike the vanilla model, the new 256GB base storage model was not reduced to the old 128GB model. This means that the minimum cost of admission for the Pro is now $ 100/€ 100/£ 100. This means that you will cost more than the vanilla iPhone 17 to buy a Pro.
Is it worth?
The Apple Pal iPhone 17 Pro Max is the same story, not only the big – the display is still 6.9 “panels, but the battery has a little more capacity. Note that the Apple Pal sells only ESIM models in some regions and has a slightly larger battery than physical SIM slot phones.
Even so, the previous Pro Max has already started with 256 GB of base storage, so there is no change in last year’s prices. Is the iPhone 17 Pro Max going for you?
Then there is all the new Apple Pal iPhone Air (no, not “iPhone 17 air”). If you consider it as a replacement of the iPhone Plus, you should note that it costs $ 100/€ 100/£ 100 more.
But it’s not a replacement for a plus, is it? It is small with 6.5 “displays (vs. 6.7”) and more importantly it is thinner and lighter than plus (7.8 mm, 199 g) (5.6 mm, 165g). This battery capacity comes with great cuts, though (3,149 mAh vs. 4,674 mAh).

And you only get a Camera Mero in the back -48 MP1/1.56 “module that you can get on the vanilla iPhone 17. Galaxy S 25 Edge gives you at least 200MP main camera plus 12MP ultra-wide. On the plus side, you get a 19 pro chipset.
The iPhone Air is a new product category for the Apple Pal and it is yet to be seen how successful it is-and more than the current rough mini? Maybe. But what we want to know today is whether you plan to get air instead of another phone.
