Huawei is expected to introduce her upcoming Clemshell foldable Nova Flip very soon, and a tiper on Weibo now revealed some interesting details about her chipset.
Reportedly, Nova Flip S Kirin will introduce a tone-down version of 9020, which means a new chip named Kirin 8020 or Kirin 8030 model. If it is Kirin 8020, there will not be surprising because SOC Huawei Nova is powering 14 Ultra, but the Tipper suggests that the new Kirin 8030 would probably be the chipset.
Additionally, the leak shows that the design remains unchanged with the previous Nova flip generation and will feature 12 GB/256 GB, 12 GB/512GB and 12 GB/1 TB memory configuration.
The CPU and GPU information for Kirin 8030 are absent at this time but it seems that we will know for sure later.
