During this year’s annual India Mobile Congress, Oppo and MediaTech announced that the Find X9 Series will be the first smartphone lineup depicting MediaTek’s latest and great Dimension 9500 SOC, which was announced in late September. That bit is not particularly new information.
Interestingly, the Find X9 series will come to India next month. Oppo has already set an advertisement in China for October 16 October, but now we know that the phone will come to India in November. It suggests that the global premiere will be held at some point between those two.
Chipset promises significant jumps in performance and efficiency. It is based on the third pay-general all-in-core architecture with the main core at 4.21 GHz. The company promises to jump by 17% in CPU exhibition while peak power consumption is reduced by 55% compared to previous pay generation. The new arm G1-Altra GPU is called to deliver 33% more performance while 42% less power is required.
Oppo said powerful chipsets will look cool and comfortable in the new search X9 series as all phones will feature a customized cooling solution to maintain high performance during long work loads.
