The Redmi Turbo was launched as early as January 4, but its successor will reportedly not wait for the one-year anniversary, instead arriving earlier, possibly early next month.
The Redmi Turbo 5 is said to come with a metal frame, a simplified camera island design, an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor and a bigger battery than the Turbo 4’s 6,550 mAh cell.

Redmi Turbo 4
It’s expected to be powered by a new MediaTek chip that will be positioned as a ‘flagship mid-tier’ offering, if that makes any sense. This will likely be the Dimensity 8500 Ultra, which is also expected to power the Oppo Reno15 Pro, Honor Power 2 and Realme Neo 8.
According to earlier rumors, the Redmi Turbo 5 has a 6.6″ flat screen with a “1.5K” resolution, and a battery around 7,500 mAh or 9,000 mAh – tipsters don’t seem to agree here. Anyway, expect 100W wired charging. We also want the thinnest and thinnest and the reddiest light and water design. Turbo 5 for global markets As the Poco X8 Pro May be rebranded.
