Sony’s support page for the Xperia 1 V suggests that Android 15 is now rolling out and brings several changes to the system. For instance, you can take advantage of Private Space, new wallpapers and home screen/lock screen styles, new Side Sense features, redesigned quick settings panel and notification shade, new pop-up windows, Bluetooth broadcasting over Bluetooth LE audio, and more. .
It’s important to note that this is the end of the road for the Xperia 1 V. The handset will no longer receive major software updates, only security patches. The handset launched with Android 13 and is now getting its latest Android 15 upgrade.
