The next Pay Generation Galaxy is the models here and a midranger for everyone! Today we meet the most balanced of Samsung new midrangers, Galaxy A36.
There was a time when the Galaxy A Numbers meant to separate the screen size – the higher the number, the larger the slab. Remember the Galaxy A73 or Galaxy A90, the largest phone at a time? Samsung has finally settled at universal display size, and A16, A26, A36 and A56 all get 6.7 inches of AMOLED screen.
What is new except you can ask except its “wonderful intelligence” in the Galaxy A36? Well, in addition to its small 7.7-inch display and updated Software Fatware, you will also find 45W fast wired charging and a separate hardware platform with a small bump in the GPU display.
It is. Mostly.
The triple galaxy behind the camera has been borrowed with A35 – 50MP OIS Primary, 8MP ultravide and 5MP macro. There is a 12MP front camera, but when it looks like a downgrade of 13MP on A35, it’s really a great unit, so if you are keeping the count, it’s a camera upgrade.
The Galaxy A36 has the same battery capacity of 35 – 5000 mAh, but we are pleased that Samsung has made the maximum charging power up to 45 W.
Finally, the Galaxy A36 boots with a UI 7 from Android 15B of Q, and it can expect six major Android versions in the coming years.

Galaxy A36
Galaxy A36 ships in thin paper bin, which have a phone, 3 A-rated USB-C cable and SIM ejection pin.
If you want to use 45W fast charging, you can select Samsung’s own 45W power adapter or any compatible USB-PD charger. Note that unlike the Galaxy S22 series, you will need a 5A rated USB cable to reach 45W charging power that can do it with a 3A cable.
