Oppo recently unveiled the F29 series, which includes two smartphones – Oppo F29 and Oppo F29 Pro. We have received the Pro Model Dell, so let’s look at it closely.
Oppo F29 Pro White Retail arrives in the Box Box C in the BOX, which includes a clear case, SIM ejector tool, some documents, charging cables and 80W power adapters.

Oppo F29 Pro supports HDR 10, HDR 10+, and HLG codex and allows 1080P video streaming in supported applications, with Widewin L1 certification. Below the display is an OPT pattical fingerprint scanner, which is fast and accurate. But, like OPT pattal in-display fingerprint scanners on most other phones, this is close to a single lower bezel. Putting it a Tad of Tad would have improved the phone-analyzing experience.
Around the back, we have a circular camera island surrounded by a shiny plate that took some fingerprints smear during the short time we spent with the phone.
Oppo F29 Pro
The island houses flash and two cameras – 50MP primary and 2MP monochrome. The extra circle you see is just for aesthetics. The 2MP monochrome unit contains f/2.4 hole and 89 of FOV, while 50MP primary cameras have f/1.8 holes and 76 ° FOV. It has both OIS and EIS and can record 4K videos at 30 FPS.
The white and granite of the Oppo F29 Pro marble comes in black, and it is the former we have received which is the subject of this article. The back panel of the marble white model has a matte finish, which did well in resisting fingerprint smooth, and when it is named “marble”, the design really looks like the top of the snow -capped mountain peaks while the lights fall on the cover at different angles.
The F29 Pro is thin and tough, and we like its overall build. However, like the Oppo Renault 13 Pro, its rear panel is flat, which, when made for no-mahaan experience for the author of this article, is paired with a quad-turned AMOLED display. Maybe it would have been nice to add a little turn to the edge.
The frame of the smartphone looks shiny, but it is not shiny, that is, no smoke. There is a good response to the volume rocker and power button in the right frame. The bottom is USB-C with a SIM card slot, primary mic and speaker grill. Above is the top IR blaster.
Ports and control
Oppo F29 Pro Dimension is powered by 7300 Energy SOC and comes up with LPDDR4X RAM and 256 GB UFS 3.1 storage up to 12 GB. It boots Android 15 with Colos 15 on top. The smartphone is pre-loaded with 20 third-party applications and games. This can be uninstalled when you want, it is still too much, and we want Oppo to reduce the number of third-party applications that are pre-installed on its phone.
