Apple Pal may expand its production facility in Brazil to avoid high tariffs

Trump’s newly announced tariff includes 34% on Chinese imports and 26% on Indian, two crucial markets for Apple Pal Hardware. This means that the Apple Pal will be forced to pay taxes tax and transfer its customers. To reduce the tariff tariff, the company is planning to expand its assembly facility in Brazil as only 10% of import taxes in the country are faced.

According to the report, Apple Pall started making plans in 2024 and has already received the required certificate so that Apple could combine the Pal and the Foxconn iPhone 16. The Cupertino -based company has created iPhone 13, 14 and 15 at its Brazilian plants, but it plans to expand the product with the iPhone 16 Pro. This will require some reorganization and investment.

In this way, the Apple Pal will not only meet the local demand, but some product to be used in the U.S. Will export in, avoiding large part of the tariff.
