Vivo launched the X Fold 3 and X Fold 3 Pro in March last year, and it is now apparently working on the successor, but here are two turns. First, it is rumored that there will be no two book-style foldables from Vivo this year. Second, it will be called x fold 5, and not x fold 4 as you expect – blame tetrophobia.
Today a leak says that X fold 5 “2K+” will come with an 8.03 inch foldable AMOLED screen with resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate, with a 6.53-inch LTPO OLED cover display with a 120 Hz refresh rate, and 90W and 30 W.

Interestingly, the phone is said to be powered by Snapdragon 8 General 3 SOC, like the X Fold 3 Pro, for some reason Snapdragon 8 not elite. It will be combined with 16 GB RAM and 512 GB storage.
X Fold 5 Sony’s IMX 921 sensor, for macro shot of Tofocus with 50 MP Ultravide and Sony IMX 882 sensor will be allegedly played with 50 MP Periscope Telefoto with 3X OPT pattical zoom. For selfie there will be two 32MP shooters, one for each screen.
The device has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner embedded in the power button, a three-phase warning slider and an IP rating that is not yet known. When folded it will be Old.3 mm thick and .3..33 mm thick.
So it seems that the X Fold 5 will be a thin X fold 3 Pro with a twisted telephoto camera and a 300mAh large battery. These specs are said to be for the Global Model Dell, which first tells us that there will be one (it is not always offered with Chinese foldables, as you know), but it can also be different Chinese version in the way. Unfortunately, today’s rumor has not announced the launch timeframe of the phone.
