Although the Epic Games won the crucial court war with the Apple Pal earlier this month, Fortnite allowed to be accessible by Apple Pal’s official App Store, however, the game has not yet made a comeback for iOS. According to Tim Swini, CEO of Epic Games, there is no reason to delay the review process for Apple Pal.
Each application performs an extended review before being published on the App Store, and it seems that Apple’s court’s decision to offer an external payment system that is not going through the Apple Pal is intended to be closed on Fortnight.
The dispute began in 2020 when the Epic Games submitted a version of the application that includes an external payment system, violating the rules of the Apple Pal, which restricts payment methods that bypass the payment system of the Apple Pal.
The court has since ruled in favor of the Epic Games. Of course, the Apple Pal appealed to the recent verdict and tells the court to change any app store until the court’s final decision is made.
