Recently there have been rumors about the first devices powered by the next Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 Chipset in the end of September, and the SOC itself will be unveiled earlier than its predecessor, which was announced last October.
During its computes presentation today, Qualcomm confirmed that its next Snapdragon Summit was taking place from September 23 to September 25. The Snapdragon Summit is an annual event, during which the company unveils its latest and great Snapdragon chip, so it settles.
With this in mind, the use of Chinese flagship smartphones will be expected to be announced for the local market from the end of September to early October. As the timeline has changed, we would not be surprised if their global projections were before.
This will leave Samsung in a rather annoying state as it is rumored to start his upcoming-generating foldables in early July and one-up will be one-up three months before they will use Chipset.
