The new 400 series of Honor has now expired, and we took our first appearance on the Honor 400 Pro, now it’s time to check 400.
Depending on the phone style you like, this can be the phone you choose. While the pro is curved, the Honor 400 has flat glass panels on both ends and wide, flat frames.

Like Pro, 400 ships with nothing but a SIM eject tool and cable. If you buy the right charger, this phone has 80W charging.
Honor 400 is smaller than its equivalent (156.5 mm vs 160.8 mm) and lighter (184G vs 205G). Next, it has a 120 Hz AMOLED display of 6.55 inches (compared to 6.7-inch on Pro). It is the top panel in each aspect, with HDR and a Bonquer 5,000 knits peak bright.

Another difference of the pro is the Camera Mera system on the back – the honor 400 lacks the telephoto unit. You get the same two cameras – 200MP main cameras (1/1.4 “sensor, with f/1.9 lens OIS), and 12MP ultravide shooter (f/2.2 112 °).
Despite the less powerful Snapdragon 7 General 3, the Honor 400 offers a photo on a video powered by Google’s VO 2art video generation model running on the vertex AI of Google Cloud. It makes a 5-second video (no sound) from any of the photos you’ve given. The generating process takes about a minute.
Here is a demo of video photos, it’s really impressive.
