Until now, Google’s products – especially smartphones – were sold only by RET Neline Retailer Flipkart and Partner Offline Falline Retail Outlets in India, including Chroma, Vijay Sales and Reliance. As Google has announced the launch of the Google Store in India, it changes today, allowing direct purchase of its products from its Store Nine Store.
The benefits of buying Google products from the Google Store include No-Cost EMI options, instant cashback, device exchange bonus, UPI payment option, Google Store discounts and Google Store credits (expire on June 30, 2025).
Products purchased by Google Store also come with Pixel Price Promise, that is, “Each device is 100% authorized” and “If you get a better price on the chosen retail partner or on the Google Store in the return period, you are eligible for a partial refund from the Pixel Price Promise to match the low price.”
In addition, customers buying products from the Google Store receive 24/7 support from pixel-educated experts and get coverage through official warranty and authorized repair centers in India. Some centers also provide a single day service.
In its official blog, Google said customers can start repair requests and schedule free door pickup directly from the website. They can also deliver their device to their address after free repairs by mail service.
