Vivo finally lifted the V60, its latest mid-range camera-centered phone. The phone entered India with a 50MP telephoto camera and a large battery of 6,500mAh. It will succeed in the unveiled Vivo V50 in India in February.
One of the highlights of the Vivo V60 is its zeese-back triple rear camera setup, which includes 50 MP Sony IMX 882 sensors with OIS and 3X OPT pattical zoom. It is the same telephoto camera on the Vivo X200.
The camera setup consists of a 50MP primary Sony IMX 766 camera, and an 8MP ultravide angle shooter. The handset offers a URA Ra Ring LED Flash, AI four-season portrait facility and only wedding vlog mode for India. At the front, the phone has another 50MP camera with 92 degrees FOV.
The V60 gets a full HD+ resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate, 5,000 NITS Peak Brightness and 6.77-inch AMOLED QUARDED DOPLE with an in-display fingerprint scanner.
The Vivo V60 packs 6,500mAh battery that supports 90W charging and according to Vivo, it is a slimmest phone with such a large cell. The phone measures 7.53 mm thin and weighs 192g (Mist Gray Variant).
It is powered by Snapdragon 7 General 4 SOC, connected to 16GB of RAM and 512 GB storage. The phone also gets a steam chamber cooling system.
The Vivo V60B runs the Android 15-based Footch OS 15 outside the cs. The phone will receive four years of Android OS and six years security updates.
Other highlights of the phone include IP68 and IP69 rating, dual SIM support, 4K video recording and AI features including Google Gemini.
It will be sold in India in color options of Mist Gray, Moonlight blue and auspicious gold. Vivo V60 starts at 8 GB/128GB variant at INR at 36,999 ($ 425). The phone will also be available in 8GB/256 GB, priced in INR 38,999 ($ 445), 12GB/256GB, with INR 40,999 ($ 470), and 16GB/512 GB model, with a tag TAG of 45,999 ($ 525). It will go on sale in India from August 19.
