Shortly after Sony announced the Xperia 1 VII flagship phone, the company launched a pre-order campaign with a free set of Sony WH-1000xm5 over-ear headphones in many European countries.
However, some users on Reddit are reporting an issue with a pre-order. Many customers are finding out that their order is being canceled without any pre -instruction or explanation. Some claim that they were asked to give another order, but because the promo of free headphones just ended, they may not receive them.
Reports have come from all over the room, including the Netherlands, Germany, the UK, France and others. And yet there is no official statement from the company, so users are amazed and what could be the reason.
It may be either an issue with Sony’s systems or that company may underestimate the demand for its latest flagship. Most consumers report that their Expeas and Sony headphones are being successfully sent. Hope everyone gets some clarity soon and Sony does properly with his fans.
