Apple Palle launched the Airpods Pro 3 with the iPhone Air, iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro, and iPhone 17 Pro Max last month. Today, the new flagship TWS earbuds have been separated by IFIXIT, and you can watch the full teardown video embedded below.
Surprisingly, for such a small thing, it is very difficult to enter earbuds, as it does not mean to be disassembled. That said, removing batteries on a pair of airpods is the easiest ever, but there is no high bar to clean it.

Finally, Airpods gets a repairability score of 0 out of 10 in Pro 3, which is the lowest possible (0 means at least repairable, the 10 can be repaired most). And that’s not surprising, if a skilled technician manages to keep them apart without any permanent harm, it is a big issue to seal them again.
