AMD finally announced prices and availability information for the Raden RX 9000 series of graphics cards. The RX 9070 is priced at 9549 and the RX 9070 XT is priced at 9599. They will be available from March 6.

The company also released full specifications for these cards. The RX 9070 has 56 compute units, 2.1GHz game clock, 2.5GHz boost watch and 220W power target. The RX 9070 XT has 64 compute units, 2.4GHz game watch, 3.0GHz boost watch and 304W power limit.

Both cards have 16GB of memory with 256-bit memory interface and 64 MB of infinite cache. Both also have DisplayPort 2.1A and HDMI 2.1B connectivity. AMD is also sticking with old 8-pin power connectors.

The AMD also released some first-party benchmark results, where it compares both new cards against the RX 7900 GRE. According to these results, the average of 9070 average 30+ games is an average of 21% fast at 4K, including ray traced and rustarized results, with the improved ray tracing display in RDNA in Ray tracing titles. That is, 9070 XT is 42% faster in the same title in the same resolution. The AMD has also claimed that the average $ 750 NVIDI RTX 5070 ti is only 2% in the same title on 9070 XT 4K.
