Act on the basis of privacy in EU's digital markets against Apple appeal

Apart from the general claims that EU rules create a “unreasonable expensive” process that “prevent innovation,” Apple Pal claims that data-hungry companies are requesting sensitive user information, which should be left according to the DMA of the Apple Pale EU.

For example, third-party companies are looking for the full history of the instruction material, every Wi-Fi network stored on the device and personal data that the Apple does not have. Moreover, Apple Pal Meta directs the Meta that requested the most information from the Apple Pal, and that information was often not related to the main services of Meta.

If the appeal fails, Apple Pal will be forced to pay a fine of $ 570 million. The company says there are difficulties in discussing the matter with the EU, and the EU is not responding to response.
