Camera War: Vivo X200 Ultra Vs X100 Ultra – Jankari Express

Vivo X 200 is one of the first Ultra Phone of Ultra Vivo and one of the best camera-centered flagships last year. There are some big shoes for filling.

We like Vivo’s approach – instead of going for a safe (and boring) purification approach, Vivo shook things with the X200 Ultra. The impressive telephoto camera was the star of the X100 Ultra, so Vivo gave it a bright lens. The selfie shooter is mostly the same.

The other two rear cameras bring big changes and new vision. The 1 -inch 23mm main camera is gone, which many people can see as a downgrade, but not so fast!

We’re here to tell you that the new 35mm main shooter with a large 1/1.28-inch sensor is still impressive. And the new 14mm ultravide with the same 1/1.28-inch sensor can be the highlight of this phone.

Camera War: Vivo X200 Ultra Vs X100 Ultra

Let’s put the sensor size aside for a second and talk about the lens. Both 24 mm (in this case 23 mm) and 35 mm central length follows strong in the photographic community. The 35mm is a classic reporter-style lens-yet low-deformation, capable of capturing many scenes, but has an intimate, open look on its images. The 24mm is a more wider angle lens, which lends itself to catch more scene, brings a dramatic sense in one image, heavy on deformation, especially if you bring your subject closer to the lens.

We will bet that some photographers will see the 23mm camera as a dealbreaker, while others consider the new 35mm to buy the X200 Ultra.

But here it is where the upgrade comes 14 mm ultravide. Thanks to its main camera-sized sensor, it produces main camera-quality images. It is better than the old ultravide, and the difference also appears in good light.

So Vivo X 200 Ultra is now a unique photographic proposal – it brings a 14mm, 35mm and 85mm lenses of flagship image quality – each of these cameras will get better images than the main camera of your iPhone, Galaxy Ultra or Pixel.

Now let’s look at how the new Vivo flagship compares against its monumental predecessor.

The first set of our images is of the main camera-left side 1 inch 23 mm f/1.8, 1/1.28-inch 35 mm f/1.7 on the right. The first thing you see is the difference in the focal length. The numbers seem closer, but it is not – 23mm Much Wide from 35 mm. We expect that experienced shooters also need a few days to adjust their eyes to the new normal.

The lower deformity is clear when you look at thumbnails. The 35mm photo is considered a huge angle lens in the world, but it is opposite to the smartphone world, which has over the years adjusted to wider focal length on the main camera.

With 35mm images, the subjects are closer and large. This means that the new main camera is even better for people’s shots. Of course, some people may miss the distorted appearance of the old main camera.

The quality of the image of the new 35mm main camera impressed us the most. It is better at a level per pixel level than a 23mm camera of 1 inch-a lesser digital is less digital, nice texture is less overshelled, and more clarity in images of 35mm.

The colors from the two main cameras are also significantly different. The X100 Ultra has more saturated colors as a default lt (though you can tune it in the phone’s settings).

Moving to ultravide, where we see a big difference in quality. The field of view is the same – 14 mm, 116˚ – but the sensor and lenses are different. The old ultravide has a 1/2.0-inch sensor and f/2.2 lens. The new Camera is a large number of 1/1.28-inch with a slightly bright f/2.0 lens in Camera Mera.

New ultravide jumps and is better boundary. The detail is much higher, and it is more naturally presented. The new Camera Mero can know the smallest texture, while the old camera struggles to render it all, where the new Camera Mero renders nice grass, leaves a mess in places where.

The new Camera Mero is also a better and color presentation and has an edge in the dynamic range.

Outside the color presentation, there is not a big difference between the 85mm images in good light, which is a system-wide setting instead of the per-camera my setting.

In some later images, we used the new 14mm camera of the Vivo X 200 Ultra to zoom in with 23 mm to see that you can be removed because of not the original 23mm. The results are not in good light, especially if you do not peel and use them for social media. But on the X200 Ultra 14 mm, as it is fixed, the X100 Ultra does not match the original 1-inch 23mm main camera.

We also tried another scenario – to match the Vivo X200 Ultra’s main camera, using a 23mm camera of the Vivo X100 Ultra. It’s a nearest match, but 1 inch Camera Mero is not as good as 35 mm.

The main camera is excellent all night. Apart from the difference in color, we want to capture the same great contact, well -developed shadows, balanced highlights, no distracted sounds and, reliable detail. Top marks on top!

23mm vs 35 mm at night: Vivo X 100 Ultra • Vivo X 200 Ultra

We expect to see a big difference in the low -publishing display of zoom cameras – while the X100 Ultra has the same sensor on the X100 Ultra, the X200 Ultra’s 85mm zoom, brings it a bright F/2.27 lens (vs f/2.67). But even in the dark does not separate the two. Yes, the new Camera Mero ISO was able to keep ISO a little, but we could not see any clear digital sound on the zoom samples.

The new camera on sharpening is a bit heavy, and it processes its shadows a bit darker.

Night Zooms: Vivo X100 Ultra • Vivo X200 Ultra

Overall, we would say that Vivo did a strong follow-up of one of the best camerapons last year. The new 35 mm polarizes for its central length but is excellent in terms of quality.

85mm zoom is as transformative as a year ago, with just a little better lens!

We said that ultravide could be the Vivo X200 Ultra’s highlight, and we mean! It’s the best ultravide-angle camera on a phone without question. It represents the images as a main camera, which is not the same on any of the phones there.

Our next stop is to test the new camera in a low light. Stay tune for that!
