Oppo today announced Colos 16 with updated visual look, improved performance and plenty of new features and improved system applications. She is ready to debut on the Oppo Find X9 series tomorrow, while gradually making a way to the old Oppo device next month.

The new update brings seamless system animation that launches instant app and interacts with applications, menus and widgets. When a quick feeling is fired for the UI, the animation is triggered at the touch stage and easily returns.
Oppo’s bright rendering engine guarantees smooth transitions to all aspects of the UI by controlling all visual components, and ensuring continuous influence during heavy workloads with multiple open applications and background processes.

It is connected by a new Trinity Engine, which pts izes to system resources at the chip-level, which includes smart resource allocation, preferring motion during multitasking and improving power efficiency.
In terms of numbers, the OPPO Clems App launch is now 28% fast, reducing loading time by 21% while CPU loads reduce the load by up to 14% during regular use.
Oppo says that the design of the Colos 16 is inspired by nature, and in particular, the interplay of light and shadow. Lokscreen now supports motion photos and videos as Wallp Lapper. Users also get a wide selection access to the FNTS Nuts and а Full-screen always on the display (AOD) option.
The Home Screen in Colos 16 shows a new Flux Home screen option, in which users can quickly size the folders and applications such as various shapes, such as wide, tall jumble and larger.

The same option is also applicable to folders and the UI will automatically adapt to applications, widgets and folders surrounding. Live alerts of Oppo now support more applications to display information and system status around the selfie camera cutout.
Oppo AI Suite is also getting updates with AI Eraser, AI Anblur and AI Reflection Remover with photos and new AI portrait glow, which aims to improve low light images by ptimizing izing light and skin tones.

OPPO is also upgrading the O+ Connect Suite with Mac and Windows PC with instruction sink, file transfer and updates to device management.

Colos 16 30 October starts to roll in China from Catber, 2025. The first set of devices set to achieve the new interface includes Chinese versions of Find X8 Series, Find N5 and OnePlus 13 and 13T. The rollout will continue in the coming months. Oppo’s Find X9 Series will come out with Colos 16 outside the cs.
