It took four months but Apple Pal finally resolved its iPhone 16 series ban in Indonesia. Cupertino confirmed its iPhone will be available in Indonesia on Friday, April 11th. These include the iPhone 16, 16 Plus, 16 Pro, 16 Pro Max and the recently launched iPhone 16E.
According to Zodiac Million is 300 million instead of $ 1 billion in billion billion before the APPLE Pal. It is yet to be clarified if the Apple Pall has negotiated a better deal or if the Million is 300 million is an interim figure that may increase in the following years.
So, how did we get here? Foreign companies in Indonesia are required to provide 40% local material to operate locally as part of the local component level (TKDN) certificate. Companies can complete those requirements by developing locally, locally Software Ftware or setting up R&D centers.
Indonesia banned the sale and use of iPhone 16 Series phones in October due to Cupertino’s unmunate investment plans in the country. There was snowfall in a long negotiation game at the event where Apple Pall continuously increased its investment commitment with Billion 1 billion reports.
The Indonesian government insisted that the Apple Pal manufactures the iPhone locally to lift the ban, but it seems that the request will not be fulfilled. Instead, Apple Pal will set a separate factory for Apple Pal Pal Airtag Trackers for product facilities and accessories. Cupertino also arranges additional R&D centers and invests in local academy for students.
