This week has launched Poko F7, but there are many phones near its price range that should be considered before commitment to purchase. We will also have a quick look at the other two F7 models.
The Poko F7 with the new Snapdragon 8S General 4 is the first phone and offers great performance for the price. The larger 6.83 “OLED display is great and the 6,500mAh battery lasts (and is fast to charge at 90 W for booting). Despite the vanilla model of the valuable range, the F7 has a premium build with an aluminum frame and IP 68 rating.
The Poko F7 Pro is more 150D, but its Snapdragon 8 General 3 is just a trivial fast. Its performance is small (6.67 “vs. 6.83”) and sharp (1440p+ vs. 1280p+). The battery is also less than 6,000 mAh, which can be experienced in active use score, which ends at 1 hour. The main camera in the Pro model has a large sensor (1/1.55 ”vs.
Google Pixel 9 is more than F7, despite the low memory. Worst, the tensor G4 chipset is in the category below Snapdragon. Whether you choose Google Android skin or poko one depends on you. Pixel is very efficient, but it is not enough to make a small 5,100mAh battery. And charging is quite slow (23W vs. 90W). Wireless charging is available, even if only 7.5 W. Pixel also has an aluminum frame and IP 68 rating.
You can get any phone (3A) Pro for less than F7. Snapdragon 7S General 3 Pixel 9 also does not match the performance, but has not spent its budget on the camera instead of chipset. 50MP Main has a relatively large 1/1.56 “sensor and there is a 50MP3x/70mm telephoto lens-the price range is quite rare! The rear also has an 8MP ultra-wide and a 50MP selfie camera in the front.
Going closer to the flagship region we get the POCO F7 Ultra. It is powered by Snapdragon 8 Allelite and 5,300mAh batteries with 120W wire and 50W wireless charging. 6.67 “1440p+ OLED display is a 12-bit panel. The phone is equipped with 50MP main camera (1/1.55”), 50MP telephoto (2.5x/60 mm) and 32MP ultra-wide, plus 32MP selfie camera.
Realme GT7 is a little cheaper and is based on dementia 9400E. It comes closer to Snapdragon 8 Elite, though single-core CPU and ray tracing are lagging in GPU tests. 6.78 “1264p+ 10-bit display contains pixels and color less, but it is LTPO panel. The camera system is the same with 50MP main (1/1.56”), 50MP telephoto (2x), 8MP ultr-wide and 32MP selfie. Realme has a large 7,000 mAh battery with fast 120W wire-only charging. It is rated IP69, but only is a plastic frame (F7 Ultra is rated IP68 and has an aluminum frame).
