Fortnight is close to a step for a comeback in Fort Strallia as the Epic Games wins its latest court in two separate cases against Apple Pal and Google. Australia Stralia’s federal court has concluded that both Apple Pal and Google have violated local competition law by abusing market power of how both operates their app stores. The 30% of Apple Pal and Google were indicated as the main instance of limiting the 30% application commission fee competition.

Founder and CEO of Epic Games Tim Swini confirmed that Fortnight will soon return to iOS devices in Australia Strallia via the Epic Games Store.

The recent verdict for the epic is large, while the court rejected some claims of the Fortnite manufacturer, which includes allegations of breached consumer law and connection in “unhealthy behavior” by Apple Pal and Google.

Apple Pal and Google both companies issued official statements with the court ruling against their billing policies and claims of anticompative benefits.

Epic began its legal battle against Apple Pal in Australia Strallia in November 2020 and later filed similar anti -anti -claims against Google in March 2021. Both cases are simultaneously controlled by Australia Stralia’s Federal Court, and a 2,000+ page verdict will not be publicly presented for now.
