While we are preparing for the speaker tests that make multiple battery tests, charging tests, Call l-tests, benchmarks and reviews of GSmer, we have shot a few camera samples with the new Oppo Find X8 Ultra Side-by-side with its predecessor.
An imaging beast does not look like a phone, Find X7 Ultra, a year old. In fact, it is as fresh as usual. Some say that he seems more sophisticated than his new brother -in -law.
But we are not here to talk about the look, as much as it is. We’re here to talk to the camera, and we have a total of eight in the back of this phones (technically nine, Find X8 Ultra calculates the new 2MP True Chroma Spectral Camera).
Here is a quick rundown – both showing the same main camera, with 23mm f/1.8 optic premiere smartphone imagers – 1 inch Sony Lyt900. Find X7 Ultra has better ultravide on paper-1/1.95-inch sensor with 14 mm f/2.0 lens 1/2.75-inch sensor compared to 15mm f/2.0.
Find Oppo X8 Ultra Zoom brings big updates! Midrange Zoom is still 50 MP1/1.56 -inch imager but has a new lens – 70 mm f/2.1 than 65 mm f/2.6 of the old phone – it’s a big jump in light -united.
The zoomier option is still better this year. Find x8 Ultra bumps its 135mm telephoto to a larger 1/1.95-inch sensor (v. 1/2.51-inch) and upgrades the lens to f/3.1 (vs f/4.3). Both result in better light and obscure backgrounds, if everything else is the same.
We have a normal pair of samples with ultravide and wide angle cameras. But it is enough to set the stage – Find Oppo X8 Ultra Ch Superior Wide Images.
Given the ultravide sample, despite the decrease in the size of the sensor, the new phone is significantly cleaner. Although there is hardly any sound in the shot t, the camera needed to compensate for a light-united difference with high ISO. The detailed level looks the same.
1x images are very close – expected, given that we are looking at the same hardware exactly. The new phone has a little edge in micro-contrast and texture quality. Everything looks a little cleaner – note the texture in the wooden floor.

Moving toward zoom samples. We have shot this in the camera’s master mode to make sure each phone uses 3X and 6x cameras in each shot t. Both Find X7 Ultra and Find X8 Ultra Auto can choose to use separate cameras in the toe mode-centered, lower-published scenes using 1x instead of 3x or 3x for its superior light capturing capabilities.
The first significant difference is the depth of the field. Going from F/2.6 to F/2.1 on a 3X camera comes the faster the background and a sharp more box in the background. Bockheh is creamier and easy as well.
When the 6x is on the camera, the combination of large sensors and bright lenses first produces the actual subject-to-background different-the 135mm camera of the Find X7 Ultra cannot create a really vague background image because it cannot focus very closely and has a wide depth of field. We expect that a new set of zooms will also move the old pair in low light, but it’s something we will put on the test in our entire review.

Oppo significantly improved the Camera Mera system of its premiere camerone. Find X7 Ultra is one of the most capable shooters you may be with you, but find the X8 Ultra is better!
