Samsung is setting a benchmark for support on mid-range and affordable smartphones-New A-Series (A16 and UP) will receive 6 OS updates. This accelerates the influence of Pay Generation, speeds up to charge, improves camera and more. We cover the Galaxy A56 in a separate article, here we will focus on his brother -sister, A36 and A26.
Samsung Galaxy A36

Samsung had the Galaxy A36 battery capacity at 5,000 mAh. However, it improves the charging speed from 25 W to 45 W. This means that the 30 minute charge reaches you up to 66% and the full charge takes 68 minutes. Once completed, the battery should run up to 29 hours of video playback.
The A36 launches the latest one with Android 15 with UI 7. It will see 6 OS updates (above 4 at A35) and security patches for 6 years (above 5). Samsung has been loaded in some AI features such as finding a handy circle, an easy way to create Object Burjet Eraser and your own image filters for image editing (by choosing an example image to mimic its style).
Samsung Galaxy A36
The Samsung Galaxy A36 is worth the same as its predecessor – the 128GB base model is $ 400/€ 380, while the 256GB upgrade is € 450/£ 400 (various markets are getting different storage options).

Samsung Galaxy A26

Speaking of selfie cameras, this model uses the old 13MP unit, so no video HDR for it. This also applies to the rear camera, which includes 50MP main (OIS), 8MP ultra-wide and 2MP macro.
Samsung upgraded the body on this model. It reduced it to 7.7 mm below 8.3 mm, though the weight increased from 197g to 200 grams. And this year is the new IP67 rating – the same level of dust and water conservation of A36 and A56.
Samsung Galaxy A26 colors
The battery has the same capacity of two, 5,000 mAh, but this cheap model misses on the charging upgrade and still supports only 25 W.
The Samsung Galaxy A26 is priced at 0 370/£ 300/$ 300 for € 300 and 256GB of upgrade for the Base 128GB model. The version with more storage will be available in more markets.
