Honor Power made some waves in the industry when it was released in April thanks to its 8,000mAh battery. It is still huge for the mainstream smartphones, but competitors are working on the same (or a little larger) sized devices – point: Redmi.
Honor, however, does not leave the fight. Instead, he is already developing Honor Power 2, and it will have a 10,000 mAh battery in the mind. It was the first leak last month, and today the new rumor of China brings us another part of the puzzle: the chipset will use it.
It will be allegedly MediaTek Demensity 8500 SOC, so Power 2 will still be definitely a mid-range device. Unfortunately, no other specs of Power 2 have yet been dismissed, but it is a solid upper -Midrange chip to attach to a Humong battery, so we have a cheerful color to hear more in the future – and Ne OU is skeptically coming to many other days and weeks about this phone.
For reference, note that the original honor power comes with a 120 Hz refresh rate and 4,000-NIT Peak Brightness, 50MP main camera, 5MP ultravide and 16MP Snapper with 120 Hz Refresh Rate with 1224×2700 AMOLED screen. Its battery charge 66 W. by wire, and it will be interesting to see if Power 2 will change.
