We already know that Samsung will launch its first TRI-FOLD smartphone later this year and now we have an early appearance on the device’s multi-tasking UI. Based on the details shared by CrispSamsung’s Tri-Fold will allow users to run side by side with three regular phone screen-size app windows in both Vert and horizontal adjustments. Samsung will apparently call this feature a “split triple”.
In addition, Samsung will allow users to mirror from the external screen to three home screen pages on the main folding display.
While Samsung has not confirmed the official name of the device, rumors suggest that it can be called Galaxy G Fold or an empty Galaxy Z Trifold. Whatever name Samsung decides, the immersion is expected to display a 10.1-inch folding screen and a 6.54 inch cover display. The device weighs about 298 g rumors, and comes with a Snapdragon 8 elite chip and triple camera setup.
