While we are preparing for a full honor 400 review, we decided to share the results from our battery and charge tests.
The handset runs on the Snapdragon 7 General 3SOC and has an OLED panel of 6.55 inches. Both draw power from a 5,300mAh battery or 6,000 mAh unit based on your area. The unit we received is European, which means 5,300 mah.
The results of the battery tests are far from ideal. Handset is pulled back with a competition with 12: 29 h active use score. It is below scoring most phones in the same price brackets.
Honor 400 seems to be struggling in all screen-tests tests, especially in web and video streaming scenes.
When it comes to charging, the Honor 400’s 66W charging rate looks competitive. The handset charges only from 0 to 100% 40 minutesWhile a 30 minute charge returns 80% of the charge. It’s better than some, but the same price is a little behind other devices in brackets. Nevertheless, the differences are rather negligible.
