Honor has already unveiled its 400 series phones at a global program held in Paris last month. The brand organized a projection program in China for Honor 400 and 400 Pro for the local market, and both phones come with a slightly different specs than their global counterparts.

For starters, both facilitates 400 and 400 Pro 6.55 -inch AMOLED screens (still FHD+ and 120 Hz), making the Chinese honor 400 Pro a little more compact than its international equivalent.
The 400 Pro is still equipped with the Snapdragon 8 General 3 chip, while the Honor 400 gets updated Snapdragon 7 General 4SOC, which replaces Snapdragon 7 General 3 on the Global variant. Both phones now reach 16GB of RAM and 1 TB storage.

The camera remains unchanged with 200MP main shooter (F/1.9 + OIS) and 12MP ultravide shared in both phones, while Pro also gets 50 MP3x telephoto. Chinese honors 400 also go for a more traditional camera island with rectangular shape.

The second major change comes under the hood, where both the honor 400 and 400 Pro get a large battery upgrade in the form of 7,200 mAh cells. It has a benefit of 1,900 mAh on global versions, and the Chinese 400 Pro also gains 90W Wedd Charging quickly.

Both phones are rated IP68 and IP69, which is another upgrade for Honor 400 because the global version has only IP 65/66 rating.

Honor 400 and 400 Pro comes in the same sea wind blue, Moonlight Silver and Magic Night Black colors, but there is also a new quixand pink option.
Honor starts at CNY 2,499 ($ 347) for 12/256GB trim and goes up to CNY 2,999 ($ 416) for 16/512GB version.

Both phones are already listed at the official web store of honor in China, expecting shipments from June 6.
