Back in May we heard that Honor’s upcoming Magic 8 flagship series would include a mini, and today some specs of this device have been excluded on Weibo.
According to a famous Chinese leaker going through a digital chat station, the Honor Magic 8 Mini MediaTek’s Dementia will be powered by 9500 SOC, which is interesting because the Magic 7 devices went with all Snapdragon chipsets.

Magic 8 mini will allegedly boast of 6.3 -inch displays, and the phone will be thin and lighter – Very Thin, in fact. Because of this, it will not have a wide battery, but DCS assures us that it is still much larger than the Apple Pal iPhone 17 Air, and that Software Fatware will be battery-friendly even Optim ptimized.
It is unclear when the Magic 8 mini will be launched, but there is some speculation on Weibo that it can come a short time later than other family members. For reference, note that the Magic 7 handsets were announced in October Chatber and presented in early November, but both MediaTek and Qualcomm are unveiling their upcoming-normal flagship chipsets at the end of September of this year, so the timeline has shifted.
