The word came out a few days ago that honor was working with a huge 8,000 mAh battery on a new mid-range device, and some more details have come out today.
The company is launching a new range soon, called power. The 8,000mAh battery may not be the first in the phone launching range, but it makes the full sense that it will be part of this Honor Power Portfolio in view of its wide battery.

The Honor is focusing on the battery capacity with the power range, which includes only mid-rangers. The Digital Chat Station says the first power device will come with support for 80W Word charging, which will definitely be good at seeing the 8,000 mAh battery.
The first Honor Power Handset has the model number DVD-AN10 and also has satellite SMS support. If it is the same device with an 8,000mAh battery, then it expects to be operated by Snapdragon 7 Series chipset, though it is not clear what it is.
