It was a busy week. Apple Pal and Google both offered major Software Ferteware events – WWDC of Apple Pal has published the next versions of its iPhone, iPad, Apple Pal Watch Ch, M, A and Apple Pal TV Software Fatware, while Google published Android 16.
Apple Pal’s iOS 26 has a new design called liquid glass with emphasis on transparent and transparent scenes induced by Vision. And yes, because of consistency we jumped from iOS 18 to 26. The iPad also got a major update with the addition of background functions API – now you can finally call it a computer!
Huawei has a full 80 series, and the whole 80 Ultra is unique. It has a 1 inch type of camera mero, a beautiful screen, a large battery, but it is not a unique part. It packs a 50MP1/1.28-inch sensor attached to two zoom lenses. Huawei fitted a complex moving mechanism that varies between two lenses. You get 3.7x and 9.4x OPT pattical zoom with sensor-shift OIS. This effective means that you can get shots on f/2.4 hole on f/3.6 hole with focal length of f 83 mm or f/3.6 hole with central length of 212 mm.
The entire 80 Series is available in China – Pura 80 Pro and Pro+ already, while the whole 80 Ultra is on the pre -order and will start shipping on June 26. Vanilla Pura 80 is not yet available.
Google published a stable Android 16 on its pixel lineup, going back to the Pixel 6 series. However, the two largest changes of Android 16 are not part of this first stable release. We are talking about Material 3 meaningful and New Desk .P mode, which will come later.
There is no sign of the Glyph interface – and the dot -matrix display that is rumored to replace it.

Oppo quietly launched A5I and A5I Pro, though they are not a complete novel design. Both are based on Snapdragon 6S4G Jan 1, which is the rebrand of Snapdragon 662. The same chip was used in the Oppo A5 Pro 4G, sharing many similarities with these two new models. The Oppo A5I Pro is available in the Philippines – right now, it is specially sold by a shop, but will also be available from Oppo’s TickTock Shop and Lazada, starting from June 20. Pro costs PHP 9,000, which turns 160/€ 140/₹ 14,000.
We have not yet received the Oppo A5I in stores. The A5I Starie comes in purple and nebula raid, the A5I Pro comes in purple at midnight.
