Gaming phones are intended for market growth, and more Android manufacturers are taking their cracks on it. Infinix recently announced its GT30 Pro and is coming to India next week. The purpose is to deliver a gaming phone experience without a heavy price tag. Our review unit moved to Office Fiss and this is our first impression.

Let’s start with an eye test. RGB LED-Check, Touch-Sensitive Shoulder Triggers-Check, Aggressive Back Design-Check. This is exactly a gaming phone.

Our review unit comes in the Dark Flare Colorway. The dual-tone approach looks like the device has a backward side.

Bundles with GT30 Pro plastic cases, 45W charger and USB cable. We also found an alternative gaming kit, which includes a mag case and a magcharge cooler. The latter is attached to the back and shows a spinning fan to help with thermals while the additional RGB lighting emits and charges your device through a USB-C port. And yes, it also works on other devices, even on the iPhone.

Although it is about 190 grams, the phone looks surprisingly lighter. Its 144 Hz amoled of 6.78 inches is flat and becomes plenty of brightness. We have grated with Android 15 with Infinix XOS 15 at the top that looks clean and modern and comes with plenty of AI features and company Fall X.

Internells are controlled by MediaTek’s Dementimal 8350 Ultimate Chipset, which we also saw on Note 50 Pro+ – a solid midrange chip. It is connected to 12 GB RAM and 512 GB storage.

The back is a 108MP main shooter and 8MP ultravide and 5,500mAh batteries with 45W wired charging, 30 W wireless and bypass charging capabilities. We have to share for now, it’s time to pass a set of our usual tests for GT30 Pro.
