Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Z Flip 7 are expected to be launched this summer, and today on X, a tipper has shared more details about what they can expect from them.
To help with heat dissipation, both devices are getting a larger steam chamber than their predecessor. They are also capturing both easier and more durable. The display crease of fold 7 is obviously to be too low – not completely, but almost.
The devices will start running an UI 7.1, though it is unclear whether it will be based on Android 15 or Android 16 – because the latter is coming before normal this year and it can come out before fold 7 and flip 7.
Speaking of which, Flip 7 will have a 2,600-night peak display brilliance like its predecessor. Speakers of Fold 7 have been updated, which we believe they will make a better sound. It is not clear that the speakers of Flip 7 will get the same treatment.
According to past rumors, the price of flip 7 and fold 7 will be the same as their predecessor. Flip 7 is likely to be powered by Samsung’s Exynos 2500 SOC while Fold 7 should go with Snapdragon 8 Allight globally.
