X Plus is set to launch Nord 5 and Nord CE5 on July 8, according to a new rumor of Tipers on X. The Nord 5 will be surprisingly the successor of Nord 4, which was unveiled in mid -July. The CE5’s predecessor came out in April, Nord CE4, 2024.
According to the past leak, Nord 5 will have a “1.5K” resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate and a flat OLED screen with an in-display fingerprint sensor. It will be governed by MediaTek’s Dementia 9400E SOC, and will play a 50MP ultravide, 16MP ultravide, 16MP ultravide, 16 MP selfie cameras, and a wide 50MP battery with a wide battery of 7,000 mAh.

Nord 5 will have a glass back and plastic frame, dual speakers and IR blaster. On the other hand, the Nord CE5, apparently will be for 120 Hz refresh rate with 6.7 inch flat OLED screen, Meditech Dimensity 8350 chipset, 8GB RAM, 256 GB storage, 50MP main camera, 8MP ultravide, 16 MP selfie camera, and 80 MH.
