VCH Ch3 gets an 8-channel OPT Heart Rate Sensor and 16-Channel Blood Oxygen Sensor for Health Tracking. You also get standard, sleep, stress and activity matrix as well as ECG measurements that are coming to Q2 2025. There is a new 60-second health check-in that gives you a snapshot of your key health matrix. Update activity tracking will benefit from a dual-frequency GPS receiver.
OnePlus fits 631 mAh battery up to 3 days with tolerance and intensive use with regular use. Total use of Power Saver Mod should be extended by 16 days.
