Oppo’s upcoming Find N5 foldable smartphone is expected to launch in China in early 2025, and will then make it to international markets as the OnePlus Open 2. The phone has been spotted in several certifications – SIRIM in Malaysia, SDPPI in Indonesia – as well as in the camera FV 5 database with model number CPH2671.

Note that we are referring to this as the Oppo Find N5, but it could very well be the OnePlus Open 2 as it is expected to be similar.

The rear camera is listed as 12.6 MP in the Camera FV 5 database which means the resolution will be 50 MP, unsurprisingly (4-in-1 pixel binning is 12.6 MP effective resolution).

The front camera is said to be 7.1 MP which would give us 28.4 MP before pixel binning – that’s not a typical resolution for a camera sensor we think there’s some cropping going on here too and we might be looking at a 32 MP selfie snapper. The main rear camera is said to have an f/1.9 aperture, while the selfie snapper has an f/2.4 aperture.

The Oppo Find N5 and OnePlus Open 2 should be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, and should have three 50 MP rear cameras with periscope telephoto, a 5,900 mAh battery with support for 80W wired and 50W wireless charging, and water resistance to IPX8 rating. happens Resistance
