A while back, a 7,000mAh battery was usually associated with large-screen devices such as tablets. However, the latest trend in battery tech is the silicone-carbon chemistry, which enables high ENERGY density batteries. The latest Oppo A6 Max smartphone has the latest battery technology on the board, its main highlight is a wide battery of 7,000 mAh.
Keeping the battery aside, the A6 Max 120 Hz employs a large 6.8-inch OLED display with a refresh rate and announces 1,600 knit peak brightness. The panel also works with wet hands, and is protected by in-house crystal shield glass.
The chipset is Snapdragon 7 General 3 and is connected to 8GB of RAM and 256 GB storage. The rear camera system consists of 50MP main camera and 2MP support Depth Depth Sensor. The selfie is 32MP.
Even a 7,000mAh battery will not take long to charge. It supports the OPPO’s Superwock 80W fast charging, promising a 50% charge in just 24 minutes.
The second standout feature of the A6 Max is dust and water against the IP69 certificate, and also holds SGS certification for operating in a high-temperature environment.
The handset is now available in China for CNY 1,599 ($ 2020), but it is not clear whether Oppo will send it to other countries, even if it represents it. The colors available are white and blue, with the former glass behind, while the latter is made of glass fiber.
