Oppo unveiled the Renault 13 and Renault 13 Pro last November in China, introduced for international markets, including India and Vietnam, earlier last month. We recently got handed over the Oppo Renault 13 Pro, and here is our first impression of the smartphone.
Oppo Reno 13 Pro has 6.83 “a quad-kerve display of 2,800×1,272-pixel resolution in the front. It is an AMOLED panel with a fresh rate of 120 Hz, HDR 10+ support and 1,200 Neats Peak Brightness. 7 Eye, and 50MP Selfie Camera (with Auton.-Focus) There is a punch-hole up in the center.
The Renault 13 Pro’s display embedded an OPT pitical fingerprint scanner, which is fast and accurate. However, it is located near the following bezel, which is not ideal. We would love to put it high for a more convenient phone-analyzing experience.
Turn the phone, and you will see the Camera Mera Island Housing three cameras – 50MP primary (with OIS), 50 MP telephoto (3.5x optical, OIS), and 8MP ultravide (116˚ FOV). This camera is attached to an oval -shaped flash around the mirror of the same shape.
Oppo Renault 13 Pro comes in pink, graphite gray and plum purple, called Mist Lavender in India and is also the subject of this article. Clear by its name, the plum purple model has plums rotating on its previous cover, and it looks really nice when the light panel hits the panel at different angles.
The back panel of the Plum Purple model also has a glitter pattern and a matte finish, which makes it fingerprint and smooth-resistant. We like the overall build of the Renault 13 Pro; However, its flat back panel and quad-reversible exhibition caused a little uncomfortable to catch the author of this article. A better approach would be to add some turns to the rear cover for a better front experience – something like Vivo X200 and Vivo X200 Pro.
Under the hood, the Oppo Reno 13 Pro has a Dementian 8350 SOC with LPDDR 5X RAM and 512 GB UFS 3.1 storage up to 12 GB. The smartphone runs Android 15-based Coloss 15 outside the bs. Our Indian unit loaded with about 20 third -party applications and games – excluding app market, hot apps and hot games – and it’s no longer ideal for a base price of INR49,999 ($ 575/€ 550). Side Late, users have the option of uninstalling if all these third-party applications/games are desired.
Other highlights of the Oppo Renault 13 Pro include a 5,800mAh battery with 80W wire and 50W wireless charging, IP68 and IP 69 rating, NFC and IR blaster.
