Xiaomi launches a new phone in India today. The company introduced POCO M7, offering 2 years OS updates and 4 -year security updates. It’s really a rebranded Redmi 14c, which is only available on Flipkart.
Poko M7 comes with Snapdragon 4 General 2 chipset that enables 5G connectivity. Display is 6.88 “LCD with HD+ resolution and 120 Hz with refresh rate. Ziomi has certified the panel with low blue light and TUV Rainland for Flicker-Free.
Despite the circular island, the phone has only two cameras on the back. The main shooter is 50 MPs, and the secondary is unknown. The selfie camera is 8 MPs.
Fans of this affordable smartphone would like that it has a 3.5mm Audio Dio Jack, FM radio, 150% volume, and is dust- and splash-resistant. It also has a microSD slot for additional storage of up to 1 TB.
The Software Fatware is a hyperos on top of Android 14. Battery wise, Poko M7 has a 5,160 mAh cell with 18W charging.
The phone will be specific to Flipkart, and if people want to buy it on Amazon India, they have to choose the Redmi 14C. Interestingly, their cost is the same, but Redmi has less convenient memory options.
This Poko M7 makes 5g a better deal. Available in black, green or blue, it starts at 9,999 for 6/128 GB memory and INR for 8/128 GB.
