Poco announced back in October 2024 that it would shut down its dedicated po.co website, and it is now officially closed. Starting from 2025, all Poco products will be sold through the Xiaomi website in an effort to streamline its digital ecosystem.
The first new Poco product to be sold on the Xiaomi website is the Poco X7 duo, which is set to arrive on January 9.

The global po.co site and any other regional websites are clearly not working anymore. The European sites, including the British, French and German variants, have all been redirected to the respective Xiaomi store.
Poco India seems to be on schedule, ahead of the launch of the Poco C75 and Poco M7 Pro 5G, which are bound to arrive in the second half of December.

The Poco Store app is also down. While personal data will be stored for a certain period of time in accordance with applicable law, it can be downloaded through the Xiaomi account settings.
Poco has assured that Xiaomi will handle all warranties. This is consistently the case; Brands, often labeled as independent, are never fully autonomous. Rather, it serves as a marketing strategy to expand sales through offline and online channels in various markets.
