In 2021, Samsung brought stylus support for its Z Fold 3 by an alternative S Pen Assistant. It has happened for every Z -fold, but a new rumor indicates that the next Galaxy Z Fold 7 shows the experience of a more limited S PAN in terms of features.
The main culprit? Thin. According to the tipter, Z Fold 7 will be the slimst fold from Samsung to this day, which will surpass the Z Fold Special Edition, which falls behind 9.9 mm and 10.6 mm in its revealed position when folded. This means that Samsung has to remove some features to create the limitations of the next fold. There is no mention of which feature will be removed yet.
The experience of more limited S Pen on Z Fold 7 will make sense because we have seen the same approach on S 25 ultra, which comes with Bluetooth-low S Pen. The S Pen for Z Fold 5/6 already lacks Bluetooth function, while the more expensive S Pen Pro has the famous Bluetooth support.
