Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S22F was the first rumor for employing the same Exynos 2400e chipset as its predecessor. After that, we found the word that Samsung is likely to go with dementia 9400 instead.
Today, it seems that none of those rumors were true. The Galaxy S25F prototype mostly runs a geekbench, and as always has declared its chipset, which is the Exynos 2400. Not 2400E found in S24 FE, but 2400, with a prime CPU core 100 MHz high.
The Samsung Galaxy S 25 FE SM-S731 UA confirmed the Exynos 2400 chipset.

In this question the prototype was linked to 8 GB of RAM, which operates Android 16. This is not a mistake, as the S22F is expected to arrive only early in September, and Google plans to release Android 16 next month. So it is only natural that the S22F will run it from the first day.
Yesterday we heard that S22F would have an upgraded selfie camera and probably a Town Upgrade main camera. You win some, you will lose some, as they say. Other specs are not yet out, but we will let you know when they are leaked.
