Samsung is going to Ultra with its Z Fold 7 series, but we also know that vanilla fold 7 is in the work. A pair of new geekbench lists shows what the global type of Z Fold 7 (SM-F966B) is considered.
Since these pre-production devices, their scores vary. The first list shows that the fold 7 has managed 1,916 single-core points and 5,231 multi-core scores. We can see that the device is equipped with an eight-core chipset with 36.3636GHz prime core.

The second list shows high numbers with 2,896 and 9,226-point outing. Either way, Fold 7 will present Snapdragon 8 General Elite of Qualcomm for the Galaxy Chipset connected to 12GB RAM. The phone is running Android 16 with a UI8, which will launch it on the new crop of Samsung’s foldables.
This is not the first time we are watching Z Fold 7 on the Geekbench, our first encounter came up with SM-F996N last month, which should be the Korean version of the device. Samsung is rumored to launch its Z Fold 7 and Z Flip 7 series at a dedicated program in New York in early July.
