Samsung will launch its first TRI-FOLD smartphone this year, and yesterday we heard that it could be called Galaxy Z Trifold, as the company noted that name in Korea.
Today it is time to talk about chipset power, as this was announced by the Lines of Code in Samsung’s One UI8 based on Android 16. And it will be the Snapdragon 8 Elite SOC of Qualcomm, which is within the recently launched Galaxy Z Fold 7.

Perhaps surprisingly, the Galaxy Z Tryfold is expected to be very expensive – around KRW 4 million in Korea, which currently translates into about 8 2,873 or 4 2,469. Compatible, this device can only be available in Korea and China, at least at the beginning.
