From now on, if a family care is found that a care recipient has not used some devices such as refrigerators or TVs for an extended period, he will warn cargivers to ask them to investigate with the care recipient. After that they can immediately call the person in question, or enable the Samsung Robot vacuum registered with a built-in camera to check the situation remotely. If care recipients use the Samsung Health App, carers can see details such as wake-up times, badtimes and daily step counts.
With the consent of care recipients, carers can register essential locations such as hospitals, pharmacies, supermarkets and cultural sites to keep an eye on their visit history, real-time routes and current whereabouts, helping to ensure their safety when they are out. This feature can also be used for children’s journey to school and from there.
Careers also have the ability to set up an important event reminders for care recipients, such as regular health checks, hospital appointments, drug schedules and family gatherings. These reminders will then be sent to both the career and the care recipient at the stipulated time.
Family Care is available on Android 11 or new Samsung smartphones, with at least 3GB of RAM. All registered devices should be done by Samsung and support for smartths.
