It looks like Apple may finally be ready to join the variable aperture club ET News Reportedly, an industry supply source has confirmed that the change is coming with the iPhone 18 series.
Apple has reportedly selected Sunny Optical as its primary variable aperture lens supplier and is set to implement the solution with next year’s iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max. This isn’t the first time we’ve heard of a variable aperture on the iPhone 18 series as dating rumors have surfaced since last year.
